About Razaan
I am a 21 year old woman (turning 22 at the end of the month) living in Cape Town, South Africa. I have recently completed a Bachelor of Arts in Media&Writing and Political Science at the University of Cape Town. I am currently halfway through a TEFL course which I am doing through The TEFL Academy.

I have been learning a lot regarding teaching from The TEFL Academy. If I am giving a reading lesson, then I would go through the new vocabulary first and find out what students know before progressing to the rest of the lesson. I believe in being as patient as possible, while also finding the most efficient ways to teach. The students should always be as involved in the lesson as possible, which is why I would set up many interactive activities in a lesson.
