About Samantha
I have a BA Degree in Humanities with a major in Psychology. I taught English as a Second Language in South Korea for 3 years. I then returned to South Africa where I was a substitute teacher for a Primary School in Sodwana Bay, being the Homeroom Teacher for a Grade 2 Class for three months and also taught all other grades from 1 to 7 in all school subjects at this School. This I did for about a year. I am now currently employed by this school in a full time position as the schools Librarian and I teach English reading and assist the students in learning English as English is not a first language for most of these students.

I aim to provide excellent English lessons in speaking reading and writing as well as teaching all other school subjects. I have experience with the CAPS curriculum for students from Grade 1 to Grade 7.
I use a fun casual approach in my teaching style while ensuring I am delivering the best possible lessons, and am at all times patient and kind and enjoy forming good relationships with my students. I understand that we all learn differently and my lessons will always focus on my students individual needs and learning abilities.
