About Owen

I'm a mathematics major at UCLA and have been taking extensive college-level coursework since my sophomore year of high school. I have a strong passion for math and enjoy learning and understanding new concepts, a feeling I try to pass on to my students whenever possible.

About the lesson

Too often classrooms encourage a constant flow of rote memorization when teaching and testing mathematics, an approach that can make it hard to catch up once a student has fallen behind. By helping my clients build a fundamentally strong mathematical base and intuition for various concepts, it's ensured that even if a student falters, they have the tools to recover and ace their next unit.
