About Dylan
I am a 4th year Mechanical Engineering and Economics double major at UCLA. I received a 1570 on the SAT, have taken slightly over 250 units in college, and took nearly all the AP classes offered at my high school. I have always loved math and science, and have tutored them for the past 7 years.

I like to first identify how my students best learn and teach in that way as much as possible. However, I find that usually my students require some refreshing on earlier units/years to fully grasp the new material.
Typically, I will have my students send me what they want to go over for that next lesson so I can prep a little, figuring out the best ways to teach the subject. Next, I'll have them do some practice questions, to see what they understand and what they don't. Then I will explain the material again in my own way, highlighting that which they don't understand. Finally, we will do some more practice questions.
I tutor math, economics, Spanish, and science from middle school through undergraduate degrees.
