About Arthur
Hi! I’m a UCL student studying Politics and International Relations, currently achieving First Class Honours, with a strong academic background in both the French and US education systems.
Outside of my studies, I’m an active member of the UCL tennis team, and I really enjoy sport, reading, and staying engaged with current affairs.
I’m a native French and English speaker, and I aim to create a relaxed, supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence. I take tutoring seriously, but I also believe lessons should feel encouraging and motivating, not stressful.

My tutoring is fully tailored to each student’s goals and level. I focus on building strong understanding, all the while developing thinking skills with real-world examples.
Lessons typically last 60 minutes but can be adapted to the student’s needs whether that be exam preparation or long-term academic support. For Economics and Global Politics, I follow a more creative approach where I focus on the relationship between current events and the relevant topic in the student's classwork. For French and English, I focus on conversations on modern topics, combining general knowledge and language practice.
I am a Presidential Academic Award for Excellence recipient with a Mention Très Bien in the French International Baccalaureate and am fluent in French and English. I tutor students of all ages and levels, from young ages to university and adult learners. Lessons are offered in London.
