About Aditya
A UCL MSci Natural Sciences student currently in my 4th year, I’ve been a tutor for 7 years since Year 10, teaching students of all levels from KS2 and 3, GCSEs, A-levels in a variety of sciences, maths and English, as well as aiding them in their university applications and personal statements.
I fell in love with tutoring after teaching my first student, finding a learning and teaching style that worked best for them and allowed them to excel. Ever since, I’ve been passionate at helping students achieve the grades they truly deserve following a teaching and learning style that they can keep with themselves their whole life.

Please Note: All lessons until mid-September will be online via webcam.
Lesson plans are created with student guidance, following a discussion of student’s expectations and needs or light assessment of target topics or areas in the first session.
Students can expect structured lessons with questions designed to tackle target areas with tutor aide as required, a short tutor-guided explanation and Q&A on the topic area, clear goals and objectives that the student can focus on working towards in each lesson. They can also expect frequent check-ins and summaries, where we can also decide on what we could work on next.
Students can expect out-of-lesson aide in the form of texts with swift replies within a few hours.
Should students prefer to take more charge or a more spontaneous approach, they can provide the area they would like to focus the lesson on at the start of each lesson, and can expect a structured lesson that can target this topic.
Lessons are usually 1-to-1, though groups can be considered. Sessions usually last 1-2 hours, with a 5-10 minute break at the end of each hour.
Tutoring Experience:
Aditya has tutored several students throughout KS3 all the way to A-Levels, helping students achieve their target grades including 9s and A*s. He also proofreads and advises personal statements and UCAS applications for universities, helping students to get accepted into Russell Group universities.
Personal Qualifications:
- GCSEs: 9 9s and 2 8s.
- A-Levels: A*, A*, A (Maths, Biology and Chemistry)
- UCL MSci Natural Sciences (completion in 2024)
