As a mechanical engineering student at UCL, I engage with advanced mathematics and scientific principles regularly. This allows me to explain GCSE concepts in detail with the depth and clarity that students require. My teaching is backed by my academic record, having achieved grade 9s in Maths and all three sciences at GCSE, followed by A*s in Maths and Physics and an A in Chemistry at A level.
My teaching will involve breaking down complex problems into logical, manageable steps. I will not just teach to memorise formulae, but rather help them understand the why and how behind each concept. I will also work on past paper practice ensuring students know exactly how to apply their knowledge in exams.
Lessons will typically be between 60-90 minutes, and I am targeting students currently studying GCSEs in Maths, Physics and Chemistry.
