About Siobhan

I am a final-year UCL BSc Economics student with a passion for maths and economics. I strive to be an enthusiastic and friendly presence to my tutees as well as a strong source of support in their learning journeys. I believe tutoring is most effective when lessons are interactive and students feel comfortable enough with the pacing/content to ask questions.
I have a First Class grade at UCL and at secondary school, I achieved a A* in A-Level Maths, A in A-Level Further Maths, A in A-Level Economics, and A in A-Level Latin. I hope to spark the same enjoyment of learning I held throughout my schooling in my tutees.

About the lesson

I am available to teach Edexcel A-Level and GCSE Maths, KS3 Level Maths, and OCR Additional Maths FSMQ (other exam boards such as AQA are possible as well). I am also able to teach GCSE/A-Level Latin.

Additionally, I am available to help students with 11+ preparation, having been offered two scholarships myself from leading secondary schools, eventually enrolling at St Paul's Girls' School.

I am DBS-checked. I take an organised and focussed approach to lessons, making sure to cater content and teaching speed to the individual student.

I have been tutoring for over four years and have experience as a Mathematics Teaching Assistant for local primary school children. During my secondary school education, I also founded and led a Classics Mentoring Programme.
