About Avery
I am a Physics major at UC Irvine with a proven track record of academic excellence. I graduated high school with a 4.7 GPA, having successfully completed all AP Science courses (AP Physics, AP Biology, AP Chemistry, AP Environmental Science). My background isn't just in advanced theory; I have practical experience as a peer tutor for Biology and Chemistry, where I learned how to simplify complex topics for students. I focus on making math and science intuitive for students rather than memorizing formulas. Each lesson starts with identifying where the student feels stuck, and using real world examples to break down tough concepts. The goal is to grow the students confidence so that they are able to tackle difficult problems independently. I provide personalized worksheets and am always happy to adapt my pace to the students learning style.
