About Sofia
Hi, my name is Sofia and I am a third-year biomedical engineering student at UBC with a passion for teaching and helping others succeed academically. I have worked as a tutor, providing one-on-one support to high school students in various subjects, including math, physics, and biology. Furthermore, I have worked as a coding tutor for neurodivergent youth. My background in biomedical engineering has given me a strong foundation in mathematics, physics, and biology, which I can leverage to help students understand challenging concepts in these areas. I am patient, friendly, and committed to creating a positive and supportive learning environment for my students.
