About Syed
I’m a first-year Computing Science student at the University of Alberta with over 2 years of tutoring experience. I specialize in helping IGCSE, A-Level, and university students in Math, Physics, Computer Science, and Python programming. I’ve worked with students of different skill levels and learning styles, and I always aim to make complex topics simple, engaging, and easy to understand. My lessons are tailored to fit each student’s individual needs and learning style. I begin by identifying your current level and goals, then create a personalized lesson plan to help you progress efficiently.
For Math and Physics, I emphasize problem-solving strategies, concept clarity, and past paper practice to help you succeed in IGCSE, A-Level, or university exams.
For Python and Computer Science, I start with the fundamentals and gradually move to advanced topics like data structures, algorithms, and scientific computing. You’ll work on real examples and write clean, working code — perfect for assignments or building a strong foundation.
Lessons are interactive, with lots of questions, feedback, and step-by-step guidance. I also provide optional homework and exam prep support.
