About Fahimah
Hi, I am Fahimah and I have graduate with a 2.1 in Biomedical Science. As a previous scientist and current student, I am passionate about education and love to see students realise their true potential. I have extensive experience teaching children biology, chemistry and mathematics preparing them for their GCSEs and therefore I will be a good candidate to prepare children for their GCSEs.
Throughout my degree I worked as a Student Ambassador and this allowed me to work extensively with children ranging from year 7 to year 12. As a student ambassador, our main goal was to encourage children to think what science really is and part of that was to give mini lectures and practical’s to these students.
I have worked as a Science Technician from July 2017 until July 2018 and outside my working hours I prepared students for their Biology and Chemistry and Mathematics GCSEs. This has allowed me to understand students better and to adjust depending on their need.
I enjoy my work and I am committed to making learning enjoyable for my students.
