About Jody
In high school, I was heavily involved in academic competitions, especially in math and the sciences. I advanced to regional level competitions all 4 years, and graduated second in my class. My undergraduate degree was a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, earned from the University of Texas at Austin. While at university, I tutored part-time for 12 years within their learning labs.

I have tutored in-person and online students for over 10 years, with a majority of the tutoring focused on undergraduate calculus and differential equations. Ideally, students come prepared with some attempted homework solutions; yet I have also tutored students who had brought little to no materials to their sessions. I like to tutor towards mathematical structures and foundations, to show how the concepts inter-connect.
