About Oscar
I think learning a language is done mostly outside the classroom, and Chinese is no exception. It is a really difficult, but massively impressive skill, this is what motivates me to carry on learning as I have for 8 years.
I am fluent in French and love travelling! Being able to speak another language gives such a large feeling of accomplishment, especially when you get to use your skills in that country.
As a non-native, I've gone through the struggles of getting to grips with a completely new way of communicating and writing, I can share my experiences with learning and revision tips, and tell you what does and doesn't work!

- I will cover all aspects of reading, writing, listening, speaking, translation
- I make exercises tailored to the student, no bulk downloading off the internet!
- I believe in tailoring lesson plans to the student, I adapt to how they work best :)
- Lessons can be as long or short as necessary
- No fixed prices, I am a new tutor and am looking for experience!
- I am comfortable teaching up to GCSE, I achieved an A* equivalent back in 2020
