About Aryan

Hi! My name is Aryan Mittal and I graduated with an ATAR of 98.25. Currently, I am a first year university student completing the Bachelor Of Medical Science and Doctor of Medicine (MD) at Monash University.

Throughout my high school years I have struggled and failed multiple times and I've had the priviledge to learn and grow from these mistakes. Having taken a gap year to redo some of my VCE subjects I was able to improve my scores and gain expertise in multiple different fields whilst being able to master the art of reflection to its entirety.

Through my experiences in high school, I emphasized upon the idea of organisation and efficiency within my work ethic. Structuring out my day with set tasks throughout the day and focusing on the differentiating learning factors which were able to give me great results instead of involving myself within unnecessary learning was something which i prioritised year by year. After working on my different weaknesses I was able to become quite confident in certain skills and areas within each subject.

I hope to be able to join on a special journey with you and achieve some great results! At first it may be a struggle but over time things will get easier and I promise to be there with you every step of the way, whether its doing multiple classes a week or multiple hours each lesson, I will try my very best to assist you in a successful journey!

My Approach to Tutoring:

How I Teach

Building a Strong Foundation – Each session starts with a quick recap of previous topics to reinforce understanding.

Hands-On Practice – Interactive discussions and carefully chosen practice problems help solidify learning and boost confidence.

Lesson Duration

Most sessions run for 60 to 120 minutes, depending on the student's level and focus.

Qualifications & Experience

4+ years of tutoring experience in Mathematics, including Specialist Maths, Maths Methods, and general math for primary and high school students.
Top Scores – Scaled scores: 47+ in Maths Methods, 51 in Specialist Maths.
Experience with NAPLAN and selective school preparation.

$45/hour (online)
$60/hour (in person)

For in person classes more than 20km away, I am able to provide in person classes at a $1 per kilometre rate!
