I have 9 years experience in 1-1 teaching. I am experienced in teaching Chinese, Mathematics, Additional Mathematics and Science (Physics and Chemistry) from Primary to O-level.
• Create lessons for students (Chinese language) in reading, writing and vocabulary.
• Teach students study skills, note-taking skills, and test-taking strategies
• Prepare lesson plans or learning modules for tutoring sessions according to students' needs and goals.
• Converse with non-Chinese speaking students over the years in Chinese to improve their speaking.
• Provide constructive feedback regarding student's performance and language levels.
• Maintain reasonable levels of communication with parents, and update them on the tutee's progress.
• Help struggling student improve their test grades from failing/average to solid A/B.
• Review materials assigned by the students' teachers and helped students to complete homework.
• Deliver effective and seamless student experiences across various technology platforms like Zoom/Google Classroom.
Improve grades for tests and major examinations of the students.
