I love to help and assist others, particularly in motivating them to discover themselves (concepts, understanding, practical application to achieve goals and technical competence, while consolidating and demonstrating their knowledge and skills) and of the world around them. Hi, over 27 years of teaching across various institutions, I activate motivation, confidence and technical ability in the subjects tutored. I elicit student's understanding and application of knowledge to complete processes, tasks and master their subject area. I support students to discover, share and expand their own ideas, explore knowledge and generate skills and competence. This I have done for thousands of children and teenagers (Indonesia), scores of adult businesspeople (Germany), hundreds of university undergraduates (South Korea), and adult international students in Australia, from every part of the globe.
