About Shelly
I’m a math tutor who works with K–8 students and focuses on making math feel a lot less overwhelming. I’ve always been good at breaking things down in a way that actually makes sense, especially when someone feels stuck or frustrated. I like helping students realize they’re capable, even when math hasn’t felt easy for them before.
I’m patient, easy to talk to, and I adjust how I teach depending on what each student needs. My goal is to make sessions feel supportive, clear, and actually helpful—so students leave feeling more confident than when they started.
