About Shruti
I am currently a tutor at the Plainfield Mathnasium center where I mostly teach younger students and tutored peers at Plainfield North High School in Algebra I and Geometry. I always make sure that by the end of a lesson, the student understands more than they did at the beginning. If you don't understand one explanation, I will always find another one you will.

I'm excellent at coming up with word problems to make solving math problems more engaging and present the math in real world situations to answer the question "when am I going to use this in real life." For concepts you won't use directly, those are meant to strengthen your intelligence for the future.
