About Alex
As a young tutor who completed Algebra in 7th grade and now takes Geometry in 8th, I relate to students' struggles and make learning engaging. I break down complex topics in a way that makes sense, utilizing the struggles I have faced in the past, which creates a supportive and engaging environment that builds confidence and improves grades. Since I have struggled to learn, I can relate to young students and push them to succeed. I specialize in science, arithmetic, and algebra, offering clear explanations and support.

As a tutor, my approach is built on enthusiasm, relatability, and engaging learning. Having completed Algebra in 7th grade and now taking Geometry in 8th, I understand the challenges students face and explain concepts in a way that makes sense to them.
My lessons are designed for struggling elementary and middle school students who need extra support in science, arithmetic, and algebra. Each session includes:
Homework Help: Breaking down problems step by step to ensure understanding.
Interactive Lesson: A personalized explanation of key concepts with real-world examples.
Engaging Practice Game: Reinforcing learning through a fun, problem-solving activity.
Furthermore, My ability to connect with students as a young tutor who has recently mastered the same material sets me apart. I create a comfortable learning environment where students feel confident, motivated, and ready to succeed.
