I have worked in multiple enterprises using a variety of technologies and approaches to building software, and have learned what is truly applicable to a job in software. I know that software can be a daunting subject, but I believe it is possible for anyone to learn. I have mentored individuals at a variety of levels, in ages ranging from 15 to 50.
