About Mairead
My passion is in educating, inspiring and promoting health and wellness through Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine and Yoga.
I am a certified Ayurveda Practitioner for the last five years, A qualified Teacher of education for four years, A previous Registered Nurse for ten years and I am currently completing a Masters Degree in Acupuncture.

Transformational Yoga- this practice allows the physical, pranic, mental and psychic purification of the body-mind for self realisation.
Incorporating Ayurveda principles and practices, breathwork, devotion and chanting.
I studied in India in 2018 with Swami Vidyanand and have taught around the globe in Australia, Thailand, Costa Rica and Guatemala.
Lessons are catered for all levels and ages.
