About Silvia
I am a life coach and travel agent. I provide online coaching sessions by skype or by zoom or we can meet up in Tarragona or in Barcelona. I have a postgraduate degree supported by ICF, an international coaching federation, and I attended the SAT program of Claudio Naranjo about the study of the Enneagram of personalities. As I am a travel agent too, working for several years in the tourism field, I provide Travel coach service too, I mean I combine a coaching process with a solo trip. Travel is a powerful tool to achieve personal goals.

I am a Coach with an integral methodology: I work with personal values and emotions, with the scope of aligning them in order to reach specific goals. In the first session, (it will be free), we will talk about the reason why you have decided to start a coaching process and what you would like to work on. The sessions have a duration of one hour, online / face-to-face: the first part of the session is based on making questions, to deepen concepts and the second part which the coaching techniques will play an important role to eliminate limits in. If you like the idea of travel coaching, I can suggest you the destination according to your objective and your personality. if you wish, I can organize it for you. Once you have came back from your trip, we can have some coaching sessions in order to put into practice what you have learned in your journey
