About Laura
Hi there! I'm Laura, a yoga teacher with a 200 YTT certification in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow. I have more than 10 years of experience practicing yoga in different destinations such as Venezuela, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, and Indonesia. My yoga style is fun, intuitive, and multi-level. In each session, I combine fluid movements, coordination, and breathing to help you focus on the present. Self-discovery, socializing, and creating meaningful connections through shared experiences make my heart vibe.
