About Amanda
I currently teach English (ESL) part time at a French middle school and high school, as well as teaching English common core curriculum to Chinese children ages 4-12 remotely. In the past, I have worked in second language classrooms with students ranging in age from 6 to 12. Additionally, I have been a private tutor for 5 years. I was also the head language tutor at a local academic enrichment center for 3 years, where I specialized in English language enrichment, Spanish, and French.

Hi! My name is Amanda and I'm an English (ESL) teacher in Cognac, France. I hold a Bachelor's degree with honors from the University of Oregon and I have a TEFOL/TESL certificate.
I give structured English lessons for small children and conversational lessons/chat sessions for older children, adolescents, and adults. I can also provide grammar lessons and writing workshops for English language learners. My services are provided remotely only via video chat!
