My methodology and technique will help you identify your goals, develop action plans, overcome obstacles and make progress towards your desired goals. I will be using multiple coaching techniques like solution-focused, cognitive behavioral coaching techniques, positive psychology, etc. Knowing fully well that mental health is key to overall health, I will be tailoring interventions and channeling the objective of the teaching/sessions based on students' specific needs. I teach and train children, preteens, young adults, and adults.
