About Pratiksha
I am a software engineer who started dancing at a very early age. I have a special connection towards the traditional dance forms but also enjoy the thumkas of Bollywood dance. I am a person who can go from being graceful in the traditional form to energetic in Bollywood form. Mind and body connection is what we are well aware of & thus affects each other, which means if one improves the other has a chance of improving too.
I hope that my students will have a better confidence in every aspects of their life and can express themselves.

I focus on technical aspects as well
Stretching & warm-up is a must part of my dance routine.
I believe age is just a number and thus you can dance if you really want to. People of any age is welcome :)
