About Caetano

Born on the Isle of Skye, I grew up playing traditional music, regularly attending local sessions. After studying at Plockton Music School of excellence in Traditional music, I moved to Glasgow where, for the past 4 years I have been a regular session host playing alongside Scotland's finest musicians. I play Guitar in the band Falasgair, 2024 Na trads up and coming band of the year. I am fascinated by music theory and draw inspiration from all sources, blues, jazz, country, world music etc.; every genre has something unique and useful to share when it comes to creating interesting accompaniments. I have lots of experience both in arranging and improvising. In my lessons I hope to share what I have learned in my career so far, I believe I have a great deal to share.

About the lesson

Our lesson will begin with a free consultation where we will discuss the level at which you are currently playing and what you are looking to learn and develop. I will create a learning plan tailored to you based on the initial consultation. We will continue with lessons using your feedback to keep us on course and create the best learning environment for you.
