About Jamie
I have been an active professional trainer since 1997.
I have trained everyone from grandparents wanting to find the fitness to play with their grandchildren, to everyday people wanting to regain control of their bodies strength and waistlines. I have helped professional athletes in sports from golf, cycling, running and powerlifting.
My goal is to help as many people feel better about themselves, to feel stronger and confident in their abilities whether that’s in day to day living or sporting excellence.
