About Ashley
I am the founder and Executive Director at Connect SA, a youth-led social enterprise responding to the challenges faced by youth. I have good experience working, tutoring, and volunteering in different international and cross-cultural environments at AgriAids Southern Africa, International Citizen Service, Ikamva Youth, and Tearfund. This has enabled me to manage and coordinate projects with a high degree of efficiency.

My teaching methodology is based on an interactive approach. Instead of dishing out information, I like to encourage the student to share their ideas on the subject even if they're wrong. I find this assists the student in thinking outside the box, hence resulting in retaining the information long-term.
