About Oualid

- I give courses and 5 years now. - I supervised for a senior season. - The recreation during season 2 - works council for 2 seasons. -I Have already trained 20 higher education in boxing for 4 season I'm in my 5th. My classes have a duration of 1 hour at 1:30 I'm not up to the minute because I love what I do. I can train outdoors at home or in a boxing gym. The courses are varied (muscle building without load, with small load, leisure boxing, educational, Boxing Gym, Stretching, maintenance gym).

About the lesson

I am senior boxer I Prepare currently qualifying for the Olympics. I also state certified with BPJEPS pugilistic activity and a CQP Gymnique maintenance activity and expression, I am also training BPJEPS AGFF. I set up a non-directive pedagogy to teach. As I listen to the practitioner depending on the form of state and / or fatigue listener his body which allows me to establish a session and a very adapted and customized planning. Another plus: I'm top athlete, graduate, having a perfect experience the benefits but also the constraints that may cause the practice of physical activity. Practicing a weight class to sport, and who was very often need to rub a nutritionist. I am sufficiently informed about the matter in order to give nutritional advice. Learn not to neglect the details and find out what little thing that makes a sports champion.

Perfect! Je m’entraîne avec Oualid depuis quelque temps maintenant, et c’est un coach exceptionnel ! Ancien boxeur pro, il sait parfaitement allier exigence, technique et bienveillance. Chaque séance est intense, adaptée à mon niveau, et me pousse à donner le meilleur de moi-même. Il transmet une vraie passion pour la boxe et une discipline qui va bien au-delà du sport. Je le recommande à 100 % à tous ceux qui veulent progresser, se dépasser et retrouver une vraie motivation.
