I struggled with panic disorder, generalised anxiety disorder, depression and poor self confidence for years and have learned many helpful tips throughout my recovery. I went to therapy for many years and I have since improved by a ton using this help!

My method to helping you improve yourself and better your mental health will be to firstly help you recognise your triggers, downfalls and what can help you to become more determined and focused in reaching your end goal.
Then we can move onto teaching you many different techniques that can help you to overcome the obstacles in your life that prevent you from reaching this end goal.
