About CHARU

Introduced to wellness due to injury, Yoga & Meditation have become my passion now. I'm very keen to pass on decades of experience, particularly on therapies due to the immense success achieved by the grace of God & dedication of students. Learn Yogic Sukshma Vyayama like it is - complete sequence of 48 yogic exercises!

About the lesson

Our classes for all levels - beginners to advanced practitioners. Special care is taken to introduce Yoga to those who want to strengthen & become flexible; to those who want to deepen their practice. You will learn something new about yourself in each class!

She was such a pleasant and easy person to talk to that we formed a friendship that has lasted more than 15 years and it is still as strong as it was back then. We are in two different continent but we still call ourselves best friend forever. Over the years being her friend I have come to realize that Charu is more than 100% committed to what she does. She is witty, smart, intelligent and above all compassionate. She will go above and beyond to accommodate your needs and can provide sound solutions and advice to your issues. She is always there to support and help you without asking anything in return. She is few selfless people I have ever met. I believe anyone with such beautiful soul can really be a good teacher.
