About Zahra
I am currently studying Mathematics and Finance at the University of Liverpool and have three years of experience providing private mathematics tuition. As someone who gained admission to university while studying in my third language, I understand that patience, encouragement and clear explanations can make a significant difference to a student’s confidence.
My lessons are friendly, structured and tailored to each student’s individual needs. I explain topics step by step and use a variety of practice questions to strengthen understanding and prepare students for their exams. I aim to create a comfortable learning environment where students feel confident asking questions and learning from their mistakes.
I offer mathematics lessons for GCSE and A-level students, with each session usually lasting around one hour.

The method that worked for me and helped me gain admission to university, despite English being my third language, was practising different types of questions within each topic. I use the same effective approach in my teaching, helping students build confidence through clear explanations and plenty of practice.
Lessons usually last around one hour. I have three years of experience providing private mathematics tuition alongside my studies. My lessons are suitable for GCSE and A-level students.
