PREPARE (before session) a learner have to go through her study materials and get a better understanding of the topic to be able to Engage during sessions. ENGAGE (in sessions) during this step I ( the tutor) will first introduce the topic to the learner and techniques on how to master the topic. Lastly its CONSOLIDATE ( after class) , I give the learner an opportunity to revise and apply the topic to ensure a better understanding of the topic. This will help to spot the learners weaknesses.
