Primarily, I ask the student to read the chapter and teach them to pronounce the difficult terms and explain them the meaning. If not understood, I explain the phrases in Hindi and then given a proper overview of the entire chapter. Later I believe that a student learns when they have completely understood something so I ask them to teach it back to me so that I understand where do they lag and help them overcome the difficulties.
