About Marcel

I’m a current medical student at the University of Nottingham who believes in making learning both engaging and effective. My academic achievements, including A grades in A-Level Biology and Mathematics, demonstrate my strong command of these subjects. Having successfully tutored before, I understand that each student has unique learning needs and potential. My teaching approach combines structured learning with interactive elements to ensure concepts are thoroughly understood. I break down complex topics into manageable parts, using real-world examples to make learning relatable and memorable. Each session is carefully planned yet flexible enough to adapt to individual learning styles and paces. I specialise in GCSE core subjects, particularly Sciences and Mathematics, as well as 11+ exam preparation. My bilingual proficiency in English and French allows me to support a diverse range of students. Being a recent A-Level student myself, I understand the challenges students face and can provide relevant strategies for success. My goal extends beyond just improving grades - I aim to build confidence and develop strong analytical skills that will benefit students throughout their academic journey.
