We have very powerful mind but we don't utilise it properly and don't give a thought to any problem rather surfing on internet or asking from someone. So my methodology is make the person self independent and innovative mind. I first teaches something and ask my students to thoroughly research their doubts and later on I discuss with them showing them the right path.
