About Imogen

I have taught Science and Biology in the UK and in Thailand for 6 years. I absolutely love my job! Hopefully I can share this enjoyment with you while getting you that top grade that you deserve. Whether you are hoping for an extra boost in Science before you begin Secondary school, looking to refresh your knowledge of GCSE science, or go over some tricky A-Level Biology content- I am happy to help! My teaching philosophy is to create lifelong learners. This means that the skills you learn with me to study Scientific content will hopefully be transferable into other subjects that you are wanting support in- this could be useful if you are studying multiple subjects at GCSE or A-level. I am a great believer in mastery learning too- identifying strengths and weaknesses at the beginning of a session and focusing on improvement of weaknesses rather than going over knowledge that you are confident with.
