About Jade
I am a curious individual, who always seeks to learn new things, and explore new perspectives. I am fascinated by how the world has, and is constantly changing. I take an interdisciplinary approach in all that I do and am constantly making connections between projects and areas of our world. I am a budding writer and painter, and am constantly inspired by the streets of London. I seek to encourage intellectual curiosity within any student I teach in the hope that it will guide them to also discover new things, both within themselves and the world around them.

Whenever I start working with a student, I meet with them to get to know them better and then form a personalised learning plan. I seek to implement student-directed learning as it gives students greater ownership over their own education. I like to make learning interactive and fun, whilst ensuring that progress is tracked regularly so that we stay on the right track and are able to make changes to the learning plan as needed. I firmly believe in the power of debate and discussion, not only as a life skill, but as a way to both confirm and challenge what you know, whilst building the curiosity to further your knowledge, so I do try to incorporate that as much as possible into classes.
