Her studies in theology, spirituality, therapy, and physical health have equipped Eli with a unique set of tools and insights to help others navigate their own journeys. I have coach kids and teens as well and can take groups or idividuals.
I am certified in weight and aerobic training as well as in cycling, running and skiing.
