About Jessica
I am an advanced teacher of therapeutic Yoga and am en route to becoming a certified Yoga therapist. I have been teaching for 5 years and have practiced Yoga and mindfulness for over 15 years. I also host a fb group for highly sensitive women and I have a BA in anthropology and Spanish.

My teaching method is trauma informed. Everything I offer is invitational and emphasize personal power and autonomy in my teaching.
Through Yoga practice and meditation, students learn how to observe and notice the states of their minds.
With practice, students can take these skills off the mat and into their daily lives. I teach you how to focus, find clarity and inner peace, how to access your inner strength and how to slow down.
My passion is helping women feel balanced in mind, body and emotions and learn how to heal themselves.
