About Andrew
Semi-retired physicist and rocket scientist, former University lecturer and Adviser to Ph.D. students. Worked in four different countries, and easily adapt to cultural differences. The highest positions that I held were head of the Space agency (overseas), and the Academic Secretary of the big research establishment. I also authored over 70 research publications in Computational Physics.
Over the years of my career, I came to believe, that the more respect you show to the student or employee, the better result you get.

I try to make my students relaxed, and to get them to understand the subject, rather than to memorize a correct answer. My firm conviction is that any complex concept can be explained in simple words, and can be comprehended by practically any person. I also strongly believe that each student has a unique way of thinking and comprehending the subject, and my ultimate goal is to find it and to get put it to work for the student's benefit.
