Marlene Hoenig Relationship Communication Instructor | Professional & Life Coach | Mentor Helping people communicate with greater understanding, confidence, and purpose. Relationships are one of the most important investments we make in life—but healthy relationships don’t happen by accident. They require communication, understanding, intentionality, and a willingness to learn how to relate to one another well. I teach The Power of Us, a marriage and relationship communication course developed by Dr. Richard Marks and The Relate Well Institute. As an instructor and facilitator, my goal is to create a welcoming, practical learning environment where individuals and couples can explore the patterns that influence communication, connection, conflict, and relationship growth. My approach is conversational, practical, encouraging, and focused on taking what we learn beyond the classroom and into everyday life. What We Explore Through The Power of Us, students have an opportunity to develop greater awareness and practical communication skills related to: * Understanding ourselves and our relational patterns * Communicating more effectively * Listening with greater understanding * Expressing thoughts and feelings appropriately * Recognizing communication patterns * Navigating differences * Understanding conflict * Developing healthier responses to disagreement * Building trust and connection * Strengthening emotional awareness * Creating healthier relationship habits * Developing practical tools for stronger relationships Who Is This Course For? This course can be valuable for: Couples who want to strengthen their communication and relationship skills. Individuals who want to better understand themselves and how they relate to others. Engaged couples who want to intentionally develop communication skills before marriage. Married couples who want practical tools for strengthening their relationship. Anyone interested in personal and relational growth who wants to become a more effective communicator. My Background I bring more than 40 years of combined experience in business, professional ministry, education, leadership, mentoring, counseling, and working with individuals and families through challenging circumstances. My professional and ministry experience has given me the opportunity to work with people from many different backgrounds and life circumstances. I believe one of the most powerful things we can give another person is the opportunity to be heard, understood, respected, and encouraged to grow. My teaching style is warm, interactive, practical, and rooted in real-life application. What You Can Expect This isn’t simply a lecture. I encourage questions, discussion, reflection, and practical application. Depending on the student’s needs, we can discuss real-life communication situations and explore ways to apply the concepts to everyday relationships. My goal is for students to leave each session with greater understanding and practical tools they can actually use. Let’s Learn How to Relate Well Whether you are preparing for marriage, strengthening a current relationship, or simply want to become a better communicator, learning how we relate to one another can change the way we experience our relationships. Healthy communication creates the possibility for healthier connection. I look forward to learning with you.-care and conflict resolution skills; are three of the main keys to success! About the lesson

With over 35+ years professional business, writing, blogging, podcasting, communication, media and advertising experience I can help coach and train you with your small, large or professional business or ministry needs. I have over 30 professional online or face to face classes to help you grow body, soul, emotionally, and spiritually. I also offer a three month program to coach you through up to 300 (you decide how many) writing prompts. I am a professional crisis, trauma and disaster care minister and will help you retrain your brain, build resilience under stress and capacity to enhance your productivity, learn to pace yourself and alleviate stress and prevent burnout and compassion fatigue.
