I know Govind from a time when we were just students. He is really a hard-working person. Apart from good cooking skills its amazing how much knowledge he has about the cuisines and techniques. I can go hours listening to him talk about his favourite dish and how he made it. He is an excellent chef and even more excellent tutor.
