I am a lifelong learner and love discovering new things. I'm well-traveled and fascinated with many parts of the world. I love football (soccer in the US) and endurance sports. But what I do mostly in my free time is read and try to stay fit.

My lessons consist of three to four parts:
1. Warmup - involving a review of what's previously been learned or what the student wants to work on in his course.
2. A content focus - including a hard look on what the student wants to learn better.
3. Some primary or secondary reflection - the main focus with various sources plugged in for reinforcement.
4. A quick check on how the student has interpreted the lesson overall - a short objective set of questions or analysis of some source material.
