I'm a culinary art student in one of the top hotel schools in South Africa. I've worked in great hotels. For example Suncoast hotel and towers,Elangeni/Maharani and more. I've worked with great chefs and great events like the Durban July and good food and wine show

My teaching method is always start from the basics and work your way up.. I appreciate creativity and I love to start with breads and soups first. Although if a specific student or group wants to learn a specific recipe or technique I do teach them the recipe and other recipes that corelate
