I am basically Electrical Engineer and retired from Indian Railway in Chief Electrical Engineer grade. I am in the field in Yoga from last 40 years. I am having Indian Government Certified Yoga teacher and Yoga Therapist certificates through YCB from Ayush Mantralay of Indian government. Also attended many of the short courses and workshops to update the yoga knowledge and practices.

I am having more than 40 years of experience in Yoga field. I am keeping an essence of traditional yoga, kriyas and pranayama practises in our class. I am also in opinion that that Yoga should do and practice in very slow and steady manner to get more appropriate benefits.
