Making my math class engaging depends on students' age group, interests, and learning styles. Here are some effective strategies to attract and keep their attention:
# **1. Make It Relatable**
- Connect math to real-life situations (e.g., budgeting, sports statistics, architecture).
- Use examples that relate to their hobbies (video games, shopping, music, etc.).
# **2. Use Interactive Teaching Methods**
- **Games & Puzzles**: Math-based quizzes, Sudoku, logic puzzles, or Kahoot!
- **Hands-on Activities**: Use manipulatives, DIY experiments, or real-world models.
- **Group Work**: Encourage teamwork with problem-solving challenges.
