About Gabriela
I aim to help students from kindergarten to 10th grade with any of their educational needs. I can assist with any basic english, math, and science skills, to more focused subjects such as biology, physics, algebra, and geometry. I teach my students with a personal plan catered to each person. I feel that education should not be approached as a memorization game, but as a way to learn and grasp concepts and expand a students understanding of the world around them.

Students should be taught in a linear fashion that allows for them to grasp each concept that is being taught to them before moving into more complex versions of that lesson and its relating subjects.
A typical lesson plan taught by me would allow the student to lead the lesson. Each student should feel confident while learning and allowing them to come to me with which problems they feel they need the most help in assists them in building this confidence. Students should be approached with kindness and patience as well. When a student enjoys a lesson it teaches them to enjoy the subject and enjoy the learning process.
